RETURNS POLICY

Please choose carefully. Goods can be returned provided the boot and soles are in new condition. We recommend that you use our fitting chart and forward chart with foot trace completed and name of boot you intend purchasing to us prior to making a purchase. We can then check your size and foot shape and suitability for that particular boot. When a boot size does not suit we will arrange return postage and then forward amended size at our cost.

Should the boot not suit you we will pay return postage and refund all charges provided boots are returned in new condition and do not have signs of being worn.

GAERNE ( Pronounced GARNAY ) are exceptional boots and fitted correctly will give you great service.
